1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.

After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A partial or full refund (depending on the issue)


4. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

  • Banks or payment providers may require additional time


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was damaged during delivery

  • The wrong item was shipped


6. Order Refusal or Failed Delivery

If an order is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply

  • Refunds may be reduced to cover return shipping costs


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

All returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In original condition
